Choose from a selection of premium Spanish and French cold cuts and cheese, Iberico pork fillet in a romesco sauce and baked batata with manchego dressing and chilli. Located at Leeds Dock, North Star Coffee Shop and General Store have only recently opened their doors but have a 7-year history of coffee brewing and roasting. Next door to their roastery and Coffee Academy (covering brewing and sensory skills for trainee baristas), the North Star team offer speciality grade Arabica coffees, choosing beans based on their complex flavour profile, cleanliness and consistency. Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Recently celebrating their 40th anniversary, Yorkshire Sculpture Park is one of the leading international centres for contemporary sculpture. Spanning over the 500 acre 18th century Bretton Hall estate in West Yorkshire, the open-air gallery was the first sculpture park in the UK – and the largest of its kind Europe – providing a space to view Barbara Hepworth’s The Family of Man in its entirety, alongside a significant collection of Henry Moore’s bronzes. Not only are the outdoor gardens free to roam, the YSP includes five indoor galleries, hosting year-round temporary exhibitions. Get the opening of Beyond Time on March 30th in your diary; an extraordinary installation of entangled thread in an 18th century chapel by artist Chiharu Shiota.
